SIMEPLT 换名 SD Guthrie Berhad

森那美种植（SIMEPLT，5285，主板种植股）（原名Sime Darby Plantation Berhad）正式换名 SD Guthrie Berhad，周三（6月3日）起生效。

回顾1821年，英国商人亚历山大牙直利（Alexander Guthrie）在新加坡创立了一家名为 Guthrie&Co 的贸易公司。1960年，在马来西亚成立 Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad，随后在1989年登陆吉隆坡股票交易所（KLSE）。

接着在2007年，与 Golden Hope Plantations Berhad 和 Sime Darby Berhad 合并为新的 Sime Darby Berhad 集团。之后在2017年，Sime Darby 集团一分为三，变成现在的森那美（SIME，4197，主板消费股）、森那美产业（SIMEPROP，5288，主板产业股）及 SIMEPLT。
