刊登广告条规
（1）Selekt分类广告只接受经营合法生意者刊登
（2）刊登广告者须附上公司名称和商业注册号码，如有必要（特殊行业）也须附上相关准证副本。
（3）刊登广告者必须完善填写申请表格。
（4）所有分类广告必须先付款才刊登。
（5）付款只能通过信用卡（Credit Card)或扣账卡（Debit Card)进行。
（6）广告开始刊登后，如刊登者要求中途终止，广告费恕不退款。
（7）广告将在付款完成后48小时内刊出。
（8）广告期限将从刊登日起计算。
（9）付款确认将视为收据，我们将不另发收据。

图片规格：所有上载的图片（JPEG或PNG），包括Logo，最大 500 x 500 像素，不超过 1MB。
Advertisement Placement Terms and Conditions:
(1) Legitimate Businesses Only: Selekt Classifieds only accepts advertisements from businesses operating legally.
(2) Company Information and Licenses: Advertisers must provide their company name and business registration number. If necessary (for specific industries), copies of relevant licenses must also be included.
(3) Complete Application Form: Advertisers must fully complete the application form.
(4) Payment before Publication: All classified ads require payment before publication.
(5) Payment Methods: Payment can only be made via credit card or debit card.
(6) No Refunds: Once an advertisement begins running, the advertising fee is non-refundable, even if the advertiser requests early termination.
(7) Publication within 48 Hours: Advertisements will be published within 48 hours after payment is completed.
(8) Advertisement Duration: The duration of the advertisement will be calculated from the date of publication.
(9) Payment Receipt: Payment confirmation will serve as your receipt. We will not issue a separate receipt.

- Image Specifications: All uploaded images (JPEG or PNG), including logos, must have a maximum size of 500 x 500 pixels and not exceed 1MB.
